Walmart
Overview
Intelligent Business Growth is a self reporting tool designed for walmart users to connect with numerous reports generating in walmart organization. In this application it helped me deepen my knowledge in user expereince design and explore approaches more on e-commerce sector. I was the sole designer on the team called Workstream B, which deals with the Network markdowns reports. I was resposible for the product design and UX/UI experience for this application. I was able to effectively apply the design sprints process to ideate on the solution, prototype and implement the final product. The fact that enginners were able to code the final designs in such a short period of time demonstarted our ability to execute and ship features as a team.
User Interviews

We had formal user interviews every alternative days utilizing Teams and zoom, and one informal interview in person. All user interviews were Arkansas-based participants. All users were tech-savvy and have working in walmart from more than five years, so they have lot of knowledge about this application and helped our team to gather more information and with that we designed information architecture before going to the UI designs.
Information Architecture

Defining the flow
After that I Proceeded with creating a flow chart showing how the platform would be organized. The client had some futures in mind so i made sure to discuss them and include them in the plan.

wireframing
After we defined the flow and thus what screens we needed I proceeded with creating the wireframes to explore the experience in more detail on a screen-by-screen level. The main focus was about the Netmarkdown dashboard.

Working With Developer

I worked directly with a team of 5 engineers to develop the designs for IBG. I scoped out tickets for the front-end engineers with user stories and product requirements. As a part of the future vision, I created a site map of a platform to help engineers to understand how ever over all site architecture worked.
